Material: phenolic pine plywood

Apartment renovation in El Matadero neighbourhood, Madrid. In order to open and brighten the space, several walls were demolished and original metal frame from the 20’s emerged. Space stayed neutral, highlighting furniture items made in phenolic pine plywood:

•  Bookksss shelf that goes over two different walls, helping to open the space and allowing more light come in to the room.

•  Swing designed by Verónica Martínez , in the center of the room.

•  Dining table with asymmetrical geometry and a Corian centerpiece, to support hot elements and protect the wood.

•  Kitchen countertops and handles on IKEA furniture, made of pine plywood and adapted to the water tap and glass-ceramic hob.
